What to Expect at your First Visit?
We would like get to know you and what your dental concerns are.
If you have had extensive treatment prior, we may request records to be transferred.
This will allow us to fill in the blanks. Your current dental condition will be documented. For this we may take photos, x-rays or sometimes moulds of your teeth.
If you have presented for an emergency, toothache, or other urgent issue, please advise so we can prioritise your concern.
What Payment Method Do You Accept?
We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.
We are able to process most health fund claims on-site via HICAPS – please present your health fund card.
Payment is expected on the day of treatment.
Do You Provide Payment Plans
We are aligned with MediPay, a third-party credit provider for those who may be interested in a payment plan.

Do You Bulk Bill Dental Treatment
We currently bulk bill treatment performed under government schemes, including Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).

We currently accept all government-issued dental vouchers.

Are You Preferred Provider
We are long-standing preferred providers for CBHS, BUPA and HCF health funds.
When Should I Start My Dental Treatment?
The only professional answer we can give is as soon as possible for all decay and emergency conditions.
Usually the bigger head start we give to dental problems, the greater the chance of pain or more complicated and expensive treatment is required.
Of course, you will need to check with your circumstances as to how soon this is practical.
