In some cases (such as with wisdom teeth) there may not be enough room, resulting in Impacted Wisdom Teeth. This will require wisdom teeth extraction.
The tooth is usually assessed with an x-ray prior to extraction in order to determine the most comfortable and pain free extraction possible.
